Jayne S. Wilson’s writing has appeared in SmokeLong Quarterly, Jellyfish Review and LitMag Online. She was nominated for a 2019 PEN/Robert J. Dau Short Story Prize for Emerging Writers and has been named a semifinalist for American Short Fiction‘s 2018 Halifax Ranch Fiction Prize and Carve magazine’s 2018 Raymond Carver Short Story Contest.
She studied English Literature and Creative Writing at the University of California at Davis and was a Phipps-Massey Foundation Young Writer Fellow at the Writing by Writers Workshop at Tomales Bay.
